All glass lampwork beads are handmade in studio in Regina, Saskatchewan by Lauren Alto - all jewellery pieces are constructed in Saskatchewan by Lauren as well as a small team of incredibly talented production staff.

CAN I REQUEST CUSTOM SIZING OR PIECES?

Yes! We are more than happy to try and accommodate custom sizing on any of our pieces. We are also more than willing to work with you to create something special that you have in mind (whether that means just tweaking a design we currently offer or coming up with something fully out of the box). Please send an e-mail through our contact page outlining what you have in mind. 

I'M PURCHASING A GIFT -- DO YOU INCLUDE A GIFT RECEIPT? 

We do not include paper invoices in our packages. We highly suggest that if you are unsure of what your recipient would like, that you give them a Francis Oyster Gift Card as to avoid unnecessary shipping charges, unless you are local to Regina, as in this case, exchanges can be done without shipping. This keeps the process more straightforward and also avoids unnecessary high shipping costs for our small business.

AM I ABLE TO CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

To modify an order, email us through the contact page within 24 hours of placing the order and we will try our best to accommodate your modification request.
