We want you to love your jewellery. If your purchase does not suit your tastes or does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer returns for 14 days after receival of goods. Refunds will be in the form of store credit, as we do not offer monetary refunds. Shipping expenses, taxes & duties are paid for by the customer.

Note that returned goods must be in the same condition as when they were received.

Once we receive the item(s) from your order, a refund will be issued to you in the form of store credit. Store credit does not expire, and can be used towards any item in our online store.

Worn, scratched or damaged pieces will not be accepted for return. Francis Oyster has the right to deny & return any items to sender that does not meet these conditions.

We do not accept returns for items purchased through our retailers. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.



While all of our pieces are built to last, we understand that things happen, and in some circumstances, they may need a little tune-up over time.  We are pleased to offer a variety of repair services on Francis Oyster jewelry subject to our Production Team's materials.
