SHIPPING & TIMEFRAME

Every online order is handmade, and at times made to order, by our small team.

We strive to process orders for shipment within 5 business days (excluding Holidays) unless otherwise stated in the product description. 

If you're local to Regina, we're happy to offer free delivery within city limits, select appropriate option upon Check Out. 

DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it could be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and Francis Oyster is not responsible for these additional fees or charges. 

Shipping and duties are non-refundable. If you deny your parcel from the shipping provider, we are unable to offer a refund or store credit.

Francis Oyster shall not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the designated shipping carrier. While we use trustworthy shipping carriers and strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, any such incidents will need to be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. We highly recommend you use a delivery address that is secure. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
